職位描述:
1. 化工裝置的工藝及(ji)管(guan)道設計,包(bao)括(kuo):
1)負責確定生產裝置的工藝流程(cheng),進(jin)行物(wu)料衡算(suan)與(yu)熱量衡算(suan),并繪制PFD,UID。
2)負責編(bian)制工藝設備表。
3)負責(ze)工藝(yi)(yi)設(she)(she)備的工藝(yi)(yi)計算(suan);確定工藝(yi)(yi)設(she)(she)備規格(ge)及(ji)技(ji)術要求;編制工藝(yi)(yi)設(she)(she)備數據(ju)表(biao)。
4)負責提出(chu)建議的設備布置(zhi)方案。
5)負責編寫(xie)工藝說明(ming)文件。根據工藝需要,提出(chu)控制方案,繪制裝置內(nei)工藝系統的(de)管道及儀(yi)表流程圖(PID)。
6)負責裝置所有(you)工藝(yi)施工圖設計等。
2. 編制項目(mu)可行性研究報告、安全專篇、職業(ye)衛生專篇等;
